One foot out for race-relations; one foot in for marriage equality.
Although I am so, so happy for my gay friends who have fought so long for this -- and deserve it -- I can't help but wish SCOTUS would just put its "wholeself in" for true civil rights for all.
That's what it's all about.

Right on.
I try to look at these things as steps... some steps in the right direction and some steps in the wrong direction this week.
